We will check the availability of items and confirm the total including delivery charge with you before the dispatch and issue you a personalized tracking number for the order. The payment method will be subject to the choice you make at the check out.
We accept various payment methods as;

2. Cash On Delivery (COD) available Island-wide.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day of placing your order. Once dispatched, your order is handled by our logistics partner and is usually delivered within 2-5 working days.
Please note that rarely the number of days will be affected by adverse conditions that could be out of our control.
You can only change as long as your package has not been dispatched from our premises. Just send us a Message to the Platform you ordered within the day which the order was placed. we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We provide Island-Wide Delivery
The deliver happens during Weekdays from Monday – Friday
Areas in Colombo will be delivered during Saturday.
Deliveries will not be happening on Sundays & Mercantile Holidays.
All confirmed orders will be dispatched on the following working day and orders placed during the Weekend will be dispatched on Mondays (as long it is not a declared Holiday).
We will share your Order Dispatched Detail such as; Couriers website/ Tracking No, to you via the Platform you have ordered.Then you will be able to track the status of your order easily.

Please note that on some occasions due to unavoidable circumstances, a short delay will occur with your order. We apologize in advance & assure to get your package delivered to you at the right time.
Exchange and Cancelation Policy
You have to inform us at your earliest (2-3 days since the order is received) to exchange your Online purchase. Let us know why you need to exchange your particular item.
If the exchanged item price is higher, that difference has to be paid for by the customer. If the exchanged item price is lower, that difference will simply be deducted the next time you make a purchase.
The customer will have to bear the delivery charge for the exchange unless the product is incorrect, faulty or damaged.
Once the exchange has been processed our Sales Representatives will guide you through the process.
